FwChange is proprietary software owned by Classic Security EOOD (ЕИК 206316092). All rights reserved. No license, right, or interest in this software is granted except as explicitly provided under a separate written agreement with the copyright holder.

2. Restrictions

Without prior written authorization from Classic Security EOOD, you may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or duplicate this software or any portion thereof
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code
• Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or lend this software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
• Use this software to create a competing product or service

3. Ownership

This software, including all copies, modifications, and derivative works, is and shall remain the exclusive property of Classic Security EOOD. This license does not transfer any ownership rights.

4. Confidentiality

This software contains trade secrets and confidential information. Users agree to maintain the confidentiality of this software and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CLASSIC SECURITY EOOD BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

7. Governing Law

This license shall be governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.
